iFAST Digital Term is a group term insurance policy. This means that iFAST is the master policyowner, and our members who choose to be insured are the insured members of this policy.

This plan is available for those between the ages of 18 to 65, and is renewable up to age 70.

Individuals must be an existing FSM Global client, with a Personal Account, to purchase. Other eligibility conditions are:

- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident
- Age between 18 to 65 on an age last birthday basis

iFAST Digital Term is a term plan that offers coverage for death and terminal illness. We also have 4 riders that you may choose to add-on to further enhance your coverage. Our riders are:

- Total Permanent Disability (TPD)
- Cancer360 (an additional basis rider covering for all stages of cancer)
- Cancer plus (an additional basis rider covering for late stage cancer)
- Hospital cash (this is a hospital income benefit where you get cash in the event of hospitalisation)

No nomination of beneficiaries is allowed for this group term insurance plan.

Currently, we only allow the purchase of iFAST Digital Term for yourself.

Renewal premium is based on life assured's attained age, and premium will increase with age.

Upon cancellation of your iFAST Digital Term, you will continue to enjoy coverage until the end of your policy term. No deductions will be made from your cash account for future renewals.

iFAST Digital Term do not come with a 14 days free look period. In the event of a policy cancellation, no refunds will be given.

To cancel your iFAST Digital Term, go to Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > Cancel My Policy.

You will not be able to undo this cancellation. If you wish to still receive coverage, you may re-apply and answer the health declaration questions again.

Policy cancellation will only be effective on the next policy renewal.
Upon cancellation of your iFAST Digital Term, you will continue to enjoy coverage until the end of your policy term. No refunds will be given in the event of a policy cancellation.
To cancel your plan, go to Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > Cancel My Policy.

A copy of the policy wording is available on FSM Global. This can be accessed via Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > View Policy Wording.

To download the copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI), please login to Raffles Health Insurance’s (RHI) MediAccess via Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > View My Policy.

You may refer to your welcome email from RHI for your MediAccess login details. Alternatively, you may click on the “forget password” or “forget username” link on MediAccess and follow the steps to retrieve your login details.

As this is a fully digital product, there will be no physical documents issued.

Payment for iFAST Digital Term can be made with your FSM Cash Account. You must have sufficient monies in your FSM Cash Account to sign up.

You will not be able to pay for your iFAST Digital Term with your CPF/SRS monies.

Currently, this plan only supports annual payment deduction.

iFAST Digital Term is underwritten by Raffles Health Insurance (RHI), our affinity partner.

You must have an active FSM Global account to own this product.

This product does not offer premium refunds. Should your FSM Global account be closed due to whatsoever reasons, we cannot guarantee that your coverage will continue until the end of the policy term. We will inform the insurer on this and this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Please refer to question No. 7 about policy cancellation.

Claims for iFAST Digital Term can be made directly with Raffles Health Insurance (RHI). A written notice of claim must be provided to RHI within 120 days of the occurrence of an event giving rise to claim. Please log into RHI’s MediAccess portal to submit a claim. Details on how to log into MediAccess can be found in the welcome email.

Alternatively, MediAccess may also be accessed via FSM Global website at Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > Make a Claim.

You may also contact RHI’s claims team directly. Communications and payment regarding claims will be done directly between you and the insurer (RHI).

All purchases of iFAST Digital Term will be eligible for commission rebates. Please click here for more information on our commission rebate model.

No, your maximum coverage limits will follow that of your entry age.

There is no grace period for iFAST Digital Term, and premiums must be paid by the second scheduled premium deduction (7 days before renewal date) in order for coverage to be renewed successfully.

If the second premium deduction is unsuccessful, the policy will terminate.

You may purchase multiple iFAST Digital Term policies but the total sum assured across all your policies must be aggregated to the individual sum assured limits

Maximum sum assured limit of up to S$1 million for those age 55 and below, and up to S$250,000 for age 56 and above.

No, this plan does not allow for the backdating of policies.

Yes. To purchase more than S$300,000 coverage for Cancer Plus, you will have to declare your latest annual income in the field provided.

Note that while this is on a self-declaration basis, RHI has the right to follow up to seek proof of income if required.

You will not be able to reinstate a policy that has been terminated. If you wish to still receive coverage, you may re-apply and answer the health declaration questions again.

There will be two scheduled premium deductions for your policy. The first premium deduction will be done 30 days before your renewal date. In the event of a failed first deduction, a second deduction will take place 7 days before your renewal date.
Kindly ensure your account maintains a sufficient balance to cover the deduction or else your policy will terminate in the event that both deductions are unsuccessful.
