Please login to your account and go to "Transact" tab from the menu bar to sell your FSM Global bond holdings.

Bond order received before the transaction cut off time will be processed on the same day. The cut off time for bond is at 5pm on any business day. Order(s) placed on/after 5pm on a business day or on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day.

Once the bond order is matched with our counterparty, the order will be transacted.

According to the redemption option selected, the sell/redemption proceeds will be credited on:

FSM Cash Account
T (Transaction Date) + 3 business days

FSM Auto-Sweep Account
T (Transaction Date) + 3 business days, before 2.30pm

The conversion rate will be based on the T (Transaction date) + 1 business day of your successfully executed order.

Sells order for Bonds and SGS may take up to 4 business days to be fulfilled. In the event that we are unable to execute your sell order during this period, your order will expire and you may have to place your order online again.

As long as your bond order is not transacted or fulfilled, you can still void the order. You may do so by going to My Account > Processing /Pending Transactions > click on ‘Void’ button.

You will have to transfer your CDP bond holdings to FSM Global before you are able to sell through us.
