Open for Subscription: AMOVA ASIA CREDIT INDEX ETF

The AMOVA ASIA CREDIT INDEX ETF investment objective is to track, as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total returns of the Bloomberg Asia Ex-Japan USD Credit Index (the “Index”).

The Sub-Fund will seek to achieve its objective through either a Representative Sampling Strategy or an Optimisation Strategy. Under these strategies, the Manager may invest in a representative selection of Index Securities, or securities with a high correlation to the Index and similar characteristics such as yield and duration. The Manager may also invest in non-Index Securities where appropriate. As it may be impractical to replicate the Index exactly, the Manager may use various investment techniques to minimise tracking error and may buy or sell securities in anticipation of their addition to or removal from the Index.
