Jason Lim is an ETF Business Development Associate at Amova Asset Management, based in Singapore.

In this role, Jason supports the growth of Amova Asset Management's ETF business, working with clients, distributions, and market makers across the region, as well as supporting cross-market initiatives between Japan and International ETF teams.

Prior to joining Amova, Jason was part of HSBC's Graduate Analyst Programme, with rotations across the Funds and Discretionary Product teams. Jason graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours with Distinction) in Economics.
