Terms and Conditions

1. This Manulife Investment Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 3 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
2. To be eligible, orders must be placed before 3.00pm on 31 August 2026.
3. To qualify for this Promotion, investments are subjected to minimum amounts imposed in the Prospectus of the Participating Funds.
4. Switch Buy, CPFIS-OA, CPFIS-SA and SRS transactions are not eligible for this Promotion.
5. Only payments made by cash in a Buy or RSP transaction are eligible for this Promotion.

6. Switching from other funds and transfer-ins will not be eligible. Transfer-ins that are not eligible include those from the companies using the iFAST platform (including iFAST Global Markets) to FSM Global.
7. Each FSM Global account holder will be eligible for S$10 worth of FSM Global Cash Account Credits (the “Cashback”), credited into his/her FSM Global Cash Account, for every S$10,000 invested (or equivalent in the Participating Funds’ respective currency).
8. Each FSM Global account holder will be eligible for up to S$100 Cashback per account.
9. This Promotion is valid on a single account basis only; two or more FSM Global accounts cannot be combined to be eligible for this Promotion.
10. Promotional Cashback will be calculated and given on a net cash transaction basis (total cash subscription less total cash redemption) at the end of the Promotion. Investors need to hold, without selling his/her investment till the end of Promotional Period, to be eligible for the Promotion.
11. Eligible investors will receive the Cashback within 6 weeks after the Promotional Period. A valid and active FSM Global account is required at the time of crediting to be eligible to receive the Cashback.
12. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
13. FSM Global reserves the right to claw back any Cashback credited if:
• transactions are found to involve artificial manipulation intended to qualify for the Promotion; or
• the client’s account is found to have been used in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the Promotion.
14. FSM Global reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
15. The decision of FSM Global on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and any appeal will not be entertained by FSM Global.
