Listed on SGX since 2007, AAREIT owns a diversified portfolio of industrial, logistics and business park properties across Singapore and Australia. As of 30 June 2026, this REIT holds 24 properties in Singapore and 3 properties in Australia with a total Assets Under Management(AUM) of SGD$2.2 billion. Within this portfolio, Singapore assets account for 76.4% of its Gross Rental Income (GRI).

2. Aspial Lifestyle Limited (“Aspial”)

Aspial was the first pawnbroker listed on SGX in 2012 and was formerly known as Maxi-Cash Financial Services. It now operates across three main business segments — Retail, Pawnbroking and Secured Lending. Its portfolio includes well recognised brands such as Lee Hwa, Goldheart, Niessing, Maxi-Cash and BigFundr.

3. iFAST Corporation Ltd (“iFAST”)

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Singapore, iFAST is a homegrown fintech and wealth management platform listed on the SGX. The Group operates across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, and the UK, offering access to over 28,300 investment products including unit trusts, bonds, stocks, ETFs, insurance, and banking services.

4. Moneymax Financial Services Ltd (“MoneyMax”)

MoneyMax was established in 2008 by the family behind SK Jewellery Group. Its network has since expanded to over 100 outlets across Singapore and Malaysia with a focus on Pawnbroking, Retail & Trading of luxury products, and Secured Lending.

5. Wee Hur Holdings Ltd (“Wee Hur”)

Terms and Conditions
  1. The 6.1% Processing Fee rebate Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 3 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (the “Promotional Period”), inclusive of both dates.
  2. To be eligible for the Promotion, all BUY orders must be executed between 3 Aug 2026 and 31 Aug 2026.
  3. Subscriptions in SGS, T-Bills, SGD Bond IPOs are included in this Promotion.
  4. The Rebate on processing fees will be applicable for any SGD-denominated bonds and BUY-trades only.
  5. The Rebate will be credited to eligible accounts in the form of a cash rebate.
  6. The Rebate, excluding GST, will be credited to the client’s FSM Global Multi-currency Cash Account within 6 weeks after the end of the Promotional Period.
  7. Example: If the bond processing fee is 0.35%, based on SGD$100,000 nominal of bond, investors will receive Rebate of SGD$21.35 (derived from 0.35% x 100,000 x 6.1%)
  8. A valid and active FSM Global account is required to be eligible for the Rebate.
  9. If the Rebate cannot be successfully credited to the eligible participant’s account within the crediting dates (including, but not limited to, inactive, suspended, or restricted accounts, or incorrect account details), FSM Global may, at its sole discretion, issue a notification email granting a specified deadline to update or reactivate the account. If the participant fails to fulfill the necessary account requirements by the deadline stated in the email and/or no response is received within the aforementioned deadline, the Rebate shall be automatically forfeited.
  10. FSM Global reserves the right to claw back any rebates credited if:
    • transactions are found to involve artificial manipulation intended to qualify for the Promotion; or
    • the client’s account is found to have been used in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the Promotion; or
    • the client closes their account/redeems the participating product(s) within 6 months from the end of the Promotional Period.
  11. FSM Global reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
  12. The decision of FSM Global on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and any appeal will not be entertained by FSM Global.
