Investment Objective
The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the performance of the Modelist/VettaFi Equal Weight Sector 500 Index (the “underlying index”). The underlying index is designed to track the performance of U.S. large-capitalization equities by allocating equal weight across economic sectors, while maintaining float-adjusted market capitalization weighting within each sector. It will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. It is non-diversified.
