The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MarketVector™ China Semiconductor 25 Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund’s benchmark index. The index is a rules-based, modified capitalization-weighted, float-adjusted index intended to track the performance of 25 of the largest and most liquid Chinese companies in the semiconductor industry. It will seek to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing directly in A-shares. The fund is non-diversified.
