Important: Replacement Exercise for Your FSM Digital Debit Card

Please ignore this if you do not hold an FSM debit card.

Dear Client,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to your FSM digital debit card.

FSM debit cards are issued and powered by our partner, Nium Pte Ltd ("Nium"), a major payment institution regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Licence No. PS20200276).

Nium is upgrading its platform, and as a result, all existing cards under the programme will be replaced. The replacement will take place in phases, starting with your FSM digital debit card on 28 October 2026. From that date, your current digital card will be replaced with a new digital card with new card details. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Replacement of your FSM physical debit card is expected to take place in December 2026. We will notify you again closer to the date.

We understand that changing cards takes some effort on your part, and we have designed this exercise to keep disruption to a minimum. The upgrade brings improved uptime, stability and reliability, together with more advanced fraud prevention and monitoring, among other benefits.

Key assurances

  • Your funds are unaffected. This exercise will not affect your SGD Cash Account or SGD Auto-Sweep Account balances.
  • No fees. There is no charge for the replacement card.
  • Same funding sources. Your new card will draw from the same SGD Cash Account and SGD Auto-Sweep Account.
  • Physical card unaffected. Your existing physical card remains active.

What to expect

Digital Cards

  • Your existing digital card will be deactivated on 28 October 2026. A new digital card will be issued automatically in its place.
  • Your new digital card will come with new card details. Please update them with any merchants where you have recurring payments or stored card details (e.g. subscriptions, utilities, online marketplaces, digital wallets) to avoid failed or declined payments. We recommend doing this as soon as possible after 28 October 2026.

Refunds

  • Refunds on your old digital card will continue to be processed automatically after the replacement. Refunded amounts will be credited to your new digital card, and therefore to its linked SGD Cash Account or SGD Auto-Sweep Account.

Chargebacks

  • Disputes raised on your old digital card will be handled as usual. Successful chargebacks will be credited to your new digital card’s linked SGD Cash Account or SGD Auto-Sweep Account.

Physical Cards

·         No change to your existing FSM physical debit card.

·         Your existing physical card can continue to be used until further notice.
