iFAST Xtrackers MSCI Korea UCITS Index ETF

The investment objective of the iFAST Xtrackers MSCI Korea UCITS Index ETF is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the returns of the MSCI Korea 20/35 Custom Index. The Sub-Fund is a Feeder Fund and seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing all, or substantially all, of its Net Asset Value into the Underlying Fund, which is an exchange traded fund listed on the London Stock Exchange. The investment objective of the Underlying Fund is to reflect the performance of the Index which is designed to reflect the performance of listed equity securities of large and mid-capitalisation companies in Korea.

The Underlying Fund is passively managed and is a full replication fund. To achieve the investment objective, the Underlying Fund will attempt to replicate the Index by buying all or a substantial number of, the constituents of the Index.

The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the returns of the MSCI Korea 20/35 Custom Index by investing in shares of the Xtrackers MSCI Korea UCITS ETF or such other index that gives the same or substantially similar exposure as the Index, before fees and expenses.

Fees and Charges Payable by the Sub-Fund

Management Fee

Currently 0.25% per annum of the Sub-Fund Asset.

Maximum 0.90% per annum of the Sub-Fund Asset.

The Management Fee is retained by the Manager as the Manager does not pay any trailer fees with respect to the Sub-Fund.

Other Fees and Charges

Other fees and charges, including inter alia Custodian, Registrar and Administrator fees may each amount to or exceed 0.10% per annum, depending on the proportion that each fee or charge bears to the Sub-Fund Asset.

·         Read and acknowledge the declaration

·         Key in password and click submit 

3.       Upon the completion of the IOP subscription, clients will receive an acknowledgment email regarding the IOP subscription order.

4.       Upon the completion of the allocation, we will notify clients of the final allocation results.

5.       FSM Global will send clients a subscription confirmation email once the details are confirmed by our dealers.

6.       The allotment for this issue will be in full, subject to receipt and clearance of subscription monies. There will be no balloting.

1.       This offering is open from 1 October 2026 to 14 October 2026. To be eligible, orders must be placed before 11:30am on 14 October 2026 for Cash Account subscription. To subscribe for the ETF IOP using monies in the Auto-Sweep Account, orders must be placed before 09:30am on 14 October 2026.

2.       The subscription must meet the minimum investment amount as set out above.

3.       CPFIS-OA, CPFIS-SA, SRS and RSP transactions are not eligible.

4.       FSM Global reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.  All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the company.
