新加坡国庆群众大会公布多项新措施	   哪些板块有望受惠?

新加坡总理黄循财在今年的国庆群众大会上公布一系列措施,除了强化社会凝聚力及加强家庭支持,政府也将进行长远规划,包括整合外岛支持未来发展,打造更具韧性的新加坡。

我国计划在未来数十年将裕廊岛以南的实马高岛、毛广岛、苏东岛和其他小岛整合为“西部岛屿”,以支持新一代的工业发展和新型发电基础设施,同时为军事用途预留空间。政府也正研究兴建海底隧道,以连接新加坡本岛与德光岛。分析师看好本地工业、建筑及科技板块均能从中受惠。

FSM Global 研究及投资组合管理部研究分析员高苑惠上周撰文指出,政府提出的一系列填海和基础设施计划将强化建筑业前景,令泛联集团(Pan United)及BRC亚洲(BRC Asia)等涉足混凝土和钢筋业务的建材供应商受惠。

此外,我国在能源安全和国防领域的战略部署,也为大型工业股带来利好。西部岛屿将发展工业、发电设施及军事用途,因此胜科工业(Sembcorp Industries)等工业股和新科工程(ST Engineering)等国防概念股将可获益。

不过,高苑惠上周接受《联合早报》访问时提醒,投资者勿因大型项目的推出,而盲目追捧建筑和建材板块。

她认为,买入前须仔细分析哪些企业较有中标机会。“在承包公共基础设施项目方面,拥有较丰富经验以及执行能力的企业,才有机会脱颖而出。”

人工智能热潮提振经济前景

尽管面临诸多挑战,新加坡经济仍展现较强韧性。由于人工智能(AI)热潮提振经济前景,贸工部于8月中旬将今年的经济增长预测从2%至4%,上调至4.5%至5.5%。

高苑惠表示,政府积极推动人工智能和科技发展,以巩固我国在全球人工智能供应链中的地位。这与当前的人工智能基础设施周期相符,该周期支撑了新加坡各半导体领域的活动,并推动经济增长表现优于预期。

FSM Global 研究及投资组合管理部研究分析员陈秋伊上周接受《联合早报》访问时也维持对新加坡股市的乐观看法。

“我们对新加坡股市的前景依旧保持乐观。支撑本地股市的核心红利依然存在,包括银行板块盈利稳健、工业板块增长强劲、新加坡在全球人工智能和半导体供应链中的地位不断提升,以及资本市场活跃度持续改善。”
